Lighthouse Team
We call our team "The Lighthouse" because we are here to guide your students while they are in our care. Our staff have various degrees and backgrounds. However, their main goal is to provide students with a memorable and impactful week.
Jaliah is responsible for program development and coordination. Jaliah has been a part of the team for 7+ years. She has served as program manager, and curriculum developer for clients such as Cincinnati Recreation Commission . She holds degrees in Business Management and Marketing.
Her favorite part of The Illuminate Leadership Conference is the nightly mixers for students.
Nicole Keith
PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Tommie offers a robust knowledge and expertise in p leader development and global diversity spanning corporate, public, government, education and not-for-profit sectors. Tommie holds degrees and certifications in Africana Studies; Egyptology and Deep Thought ; International & Cross-Cultural Management and Emotional Intelligence and Diversity.

FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Jeff is a practicing school psychologist. He has over fifteen years of experience in assessing, counseling, and facilitating interventions for all age levels within the school setting. Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree in psychology f, Master’s Degrees in both guidance and counseling and Human Resource Development .

Nicole Keith
Nicole is responsible for program coordination. Nicole is a 24-year education veteran with experience in treasury and secondary schools. She has served as coordinator, logistics and planning specialist and lead contact for clients such as Cincinnati Public Schools.
Her favorite part of The Illuminate Leadership Conference is ensuring all students feel welcomed, valued and celebrated for their uniqueness.
Dr. Brittany Mention
Dr. Brittany is a energetic, relatable and seasoned educator. Dr. Brittany has extensive experience as an university professor, youth mentor, and business owner. She is a curriculum designer, training facilitator, and youth empowerment specialist.
Her favorite part of The Illuminate Leadership Conference is encouraging the students to realize their dreams through thoughtful preparation, self confidence and a passion to believe.
