Why the Illuminate Leadership Conference

The 2021 Illuminate Leadership Conference is a program designed for the future leaders of tomorrow. Our staff have over 250 years of experience in youth development; education; law; business; finance, leadership, and more. Students will reflect on their inherent strengths, develop new competencies and test them through our in-class, interactive sessions, and open forum teaching methodologies.

Who We Serve

We are accepting 7th and 8th grade leaders with good academic and social standing. We are inviting youth from around the country to join us for 6 days of leadership development to prepare them for this ever changing world.
