Illuminate Leadership Conference is a 6-day immersive learning experience for young people. Our conference is staffed with experienced professionals to facilitate workshops, graduate students to supervise students, and career related experts for panel discussions and keynote addresses.
Our content covers various components of social emotional learning such as: Emotional Intelligence and Diversity; Goal Setting; Problem Solving; Communication Skills; Advocacy, Social Media Management and more.
Sunday
Students will engage in activities that promote self-discovery and relationship building during the initial day of the ILC, with a particular emphasis on personal branding and goal setting.
Monday
Students will be immersed in activities to understand the core values of a greater leader: respect, confidence, conviction, dedication, spirituality, and giving.
Tuesday
Students will gain valuable collaboration and problem-solving skills through engaging group work and hands-on experiences that mirror real-world experiences.
Wednesday
Students will take an excursion to explore the various factors and experiences that have influenced people's paths to success.
Thursday
Students will explore leadership and teamwork through an interactive experience beyond the traditional classroom setting, helping them build confidence and connection through hands-on learning.
Friday
On the last day of our program, students will graduate as an Illuminate Leader. Students will present their problem solver project and receive a certificate of completion.
